I am a Florida Board licensed mental health clinician specialized in working with the adult population. I have been helping individuals and couples who have various types of difficulties, and wish to learn coping skills and managing change in a positive way. Life is full of challenges, and sometimes moving forward can seem very difficult. At these moments, realizing the need for therapeutic help, finding someone you can trust and feel safe with, who listens to you and helps you understand painful emotional states, relational, and behavioral patterns, is crucial. Therapy can help you with many life difficulties besides mental illnesses, such as coping with a breakup or job loss, learning to perceive life from others’ perspectives, overcoming your fears, learning more about yourself, and improving your relationships and social skills.
